PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN’S LUNCHEON, FEBRUARY 18 – The luncheon will be held at 11:30 a.m. at the Courthouse Cafe in Hopewell. A love offering will be received at this time.
ASH WEDNESDAY WORSHIP, FEBRUARY 22 – Join us for a special time of worship on Wednesday, February 22 at 6:30 p.m. when we usher in the season of Lent with Ash Wednesday worship. During the brief service we will begin our Lenten time of reflection upon the deep love of God that culminated with the Cross. Our choir will sing and for those who desire it, the sign of ashes will be imposed upon the forehead. Choir practice will be held immediately following the conclusion of the service.
“LOVE WINS” TO BE FOCUS OF ADULT CLASS – Pastor Mark will lead a 4-session class on the bestselling Christian book, Love Wins: A Book About Heaven, Hell and the Fate of Every Person Who Ever Lived. The class will meet on Sundays at 9:45 a.m. in the parlor, March 4 – 25.
